Tengku Muhammad Faris Petra said the Malays were given the special rights and privileges in exchange for granting citizenship to 2.7 million people of other races.

Malay dont have to grant citizenship right to the 2.7 million people of other races for it was the 2.7 million people of other races who gave Malay the chance to be a Malaysian and not Malaya.
